  Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is extremely slow and uninformed. Had to make a full replacement claim on my phone. It has been over a week now and I still don't have new phone or reimbursement money?!! They ignore emails and then say they never got them?! Not to mention their checks are no good to cash! On my first claim they had to do it electronically because nobody would honor their check! Should have just switched insurance companies then! But unfortunately I didn't and now I'm dealing with poor customer service Again! They want me to mail them my broken phone at my expense. Wait 3-5 days for them to get it. Them wait however long for it to be "inspected". Then wait for them to issue a check that is no good. Then wait for the "no good" check in mail. Now I have to figure out how and where to cash check. Then order a new phone?!! All because Worth Ave Group doesn't care about the inconvenience to a PAYING customer! I don't get why they can't just do it in all one motion. EXAMPLE...I take phone to post office. Send Worth Ave Group a tracking number. They issue payment! That would be to easy!!!! Instead they want to give me the run around. DON'T USE WORTH AVE GROUP!

  Worst experience ever! The customer service is dead slow. It's been more than 45 days and I still dint get my laptop back. Which was supposed to be repaired. After 45 days they say that it cannot be repaired and they will pay for it. They are willing to pay half price of my actual laptop which is not correct ! They should be paying me according to the refurbished value in market !

  Total scam! I've been paying these guys for several years to insure my iphones and macbooks. I never had to use them. Recently one of my $3000 macbook pros had a problem with a swollen battery. It was just over a year old so apple wouldn't cover it. Apple estimated the repair to run about $500 since my laptop's battery is glued to the chassis and they do not authorize repairs that try to pry the battery out of it. In other words they need to replace the bottom chassis of the laptop with a new battery. So I contact Worth, and they instruct me to send it to their repair center. Their repair center took about a week, then send me back my $3000 macbook pro with the screws on the bottom sticking out and stripped What's more, the original problem was not fixed!! Of course I complained and they told me to send it back to the same repair people. I told them no, find another repair vendor. But after some back and forth they agreed to cover the exact repairs that apple recommended. So I sent it to their repair center again with the estimate that apple gave me that explained the parts that needed replacement. They hold on to my laptop for about a month. They emailed me to let me know there will be a delay due to them waiting on parts -- so I figured they were doing it right this time. Finally I get it back and guess what!? It's now missing screws! The chassis was not changed. The battery recharge cycles have not changed. And now they put a cute little sticker over the screws in the back that claim I void a warranty if I remove it. Not only is it ugly, but now I can't take it to apple to confirm what they did because no one can open it without voiding some warranty! I hope they all go out of business! In response to "Response from owner": "Nathan, we are truly sorry that you had a negative experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to work with you on making this situation right!" I gave you every opportunity to make the situation right! I have a huge email thread that documents this entire ordeal. How do you plan to make things right exactly? Your empty comments here do nothing. Make a public statement to let the world know exactly what you will do in my case -- or shut up.
