- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆To deal with this business is like talking to a brick wall. Nothing with any soft edges at all. Don't worry about falling on hard times - you will never get a word of sympathy or understanding. You will always be at fault. They don't want to take their valuable time to listen about a problem from a low-life that had to be referred to their company in the first place. They get an F for customer service, friendliness, ease to work with. If either Tammy or her boss had a tinge of friendliness, communication might be possible there. Oh, wait - they aren't there to communicate, they just want your money. They will threaten to turn you over to their legal department if you hesitate for on e second about paying. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ALWAYS pay my debts the first time this company called me I immediately set up a very large payment every month! Well last month I had to miss a payment due to an unexpected medical bill, they said it was fine I could just make a double payment this month on my payment due date on the 16th. Well this morning I wake up to a very rude message from amy, I immediately call her Back to find out what the problem is and they are already very rudely harassing me about a payment that isn't even due for 8 days!!!! I'm sorry CBSA you will not get another penny from me. If stillwater medical center wants the remainder of the 3000 I owe for a 3 hr visit they can find some debt collectors with decent human courtesy and respect!By Megan Saunders, November 28, 2016
